Get last entry of specific item

Hi,

I have a flow which takes items from a sql view and creates them to a SP list on a daily basis.

I have an order reference field in both which is unique, but there will be many entries of the same in the SP list with updated other fields.

I'd like to check 3 or 4 fields for each item and if they're the same as the last sharepoint entry for this reference do nothing, if one or more fields have changed create a new item.

Not sure how to accomplish this though, any advice please?
