Get last row matching Username

How do I update the last row in an excel table that matches the username of the person pressing the flow button?

Hi @stumiles86 ,

 

Please refer to the following method to configure your Flow.

The name of the field suggested for Filter Query does not contain spaces, such as UserName.

 

  • Use Filter Query to filter out the eligible rows and then use the last() function to get the last record.
  • And use the column value contained in the last record to get the row and update it.

 

It should be noted here that it is better to have a column with a unique value in the table as the key column to update the row.
