Get next four events by subject and send an email with options

I am looking to create a flow that will grab the next four events from the current date by subject and return them as four values which I can use with 'Create an email with options' so that the receipient can choose an event to attend.

Below is a screenshot of how far I have gotten. The top half grabs the email and name of the individual that will be emailed with a choice.

Help would be much appreciated

Re: Get next four events by subject and send an email with options

Hi @CameronTCD ,

You could filter out eligible events by using the option field in Get events action.

Please try the following method to configure Flow.

  • Use Filter Query to filter out the events contain specified Subject and the Events with a Start Time greater than or equal to today.
  • Sort the events according to Start time and get only four events.
  • By combining the above restrictions, you could get eligible events.

Expression reference:

utcNow('yyyy-MM-ddT00:00:00Z')

Hope it helps.
