Get rows from Excel without named table

I am attempting to collect data from email attachements (awful I know). 


My flow right now in concept, detects emails from the sender, takes the attachment (always excel) content, updates to an excel file on onedrive, which then triggers to add new rows to sharepoint list.


Problem I have is in the transfer of onedrive data to sharepoint list...the 'get rows' block requires a table name, however, the table name is overwritten when the onedrive file is updated from emailed auto report (cant change that). Any way to preserve the table name, or bypass the need for it?

It seems that currently we cannot use flow to format an Excel file as table. You could submit an idea at Flow Ideas Forum about this issue, so it might be considered as future releases:
