Get the customers and owners names for each active cases

Hello,

Recently, I have created a flow that sends me a daily reminder email about the active cases in cases entity Dynamics CRM 365.

I want to display the Customers name and Owners name in the HTML table for each active case that is filtered from the array.

Unfortunately, I was not able to get the customer's names and the owners names, because from the Dynamic content I can get the id's of the Customers/Owners instead of their names.

Besides, my flow is triggered on "Recurrence", so when I use a get record action to get the full name from the accounts entity, automatically the flow creates an apply to each action and fetch 24 rows, knowing that the active ones are only 7.
Please take a look at the entire flow below:

CaptureFlow.PNGApply to each.PNG

What are the actions I should use to get the Customers/Owners Full names from the filtered active cases and display them in the HTML table?

Can please someone explains in detail and provides examples to solve this issue?

Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thank you!

Hi @Julien2 ,

You should choose the Body dynamic content from the Filter Array action inside the Input of the Apply to each.

The screenshot of the flow should as below:

2.png

The expression in the item identifier field:

item()?['contactid']

The Customer name(full name):

item()?['fullname']

The owner:

item()?['_ownerid_value']

The Case Title (Job Title):

item()?['jobtitle']

Best regards,

Hi @v-alzhan-msft,

Thank you for providing this example.

Unfortunately, the flow result return for all the customer's name null (using the expression you mentioned), and the owner expression returns their id's instead of the current owner's name.

Please take a look at the screenshots below:

What I should change to display the Customers/Owner's name in the HTML table for each case?

Looking to hear from you.

Thank you!

Hi @Julien2 ,

Please identify which column would save the customer name then could use the expression of the special column.

Best regards,
