Get values from URL parameters into a usable JSON Object

Hello - I am struggling in getting my head wrapped around how I can extract the parameters of a URL. String manipulation isn't my strong suit, but I may be overthinking it.

I have a URL like so:

http://domain.com/?text=xxx&id=xxx

I used the URIQuery function to get the the URL's parameters. This is the output:

?text=xxx&id=xxx

This is not in a usable format where I can plot into other actions.

I have tried using the split function as well into an array, but I also get the values with the key.

[
text=xxx,
id=xxx
]

I am just needing the values of the parameters and map them to a JSON object. An example of what I need to accomplish would be this:

{
"text":"xxx",
"id":"xxx"
}

Can anyone help me with the extraction of the values from URL parameters?

If all the urls are the same as your example…

In a Compose Action

{
“text”: “replace(split(urlInput, ‘=‘)?[1], ‘&id’, ‘’)”,

”id”: “split(urlInput, ‘=‘)?[2]

}
