Hello:
My team frequently consults in a Teams channel on Helpdesk tickets that are stored and managed in an external application (Freshdesk). We'd like a way to append a conversation as a note to a Freshdesk ticket. My question here is about the first hurdle: getting the threaded messages from a conversation in a channel into an array so I can then send that content to Freshdesk.
Ideally, a trigger similar to "When a message is selected" is what I want to start with, but this does not include any responses to that message - I want to be able to send the conversation into the ticket as a note.
Has anyone see or done something similar to this? Any suggestions are appreciated.
Kim

@txkimmers- You will probably have to use Graph API based off the documentation at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/channel-list-messagereplies?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http

This does look like it will do what I need, thank you! I am pretty new to Power Automate and have not done anything with the Graph API, my learning curve just changed shape. Thanks much for your quick response.
