Hi Guys,
Im trying to create a flow that gets the resolution inputted by the user to an email however I am having issues with getting the record via the Trigger "when a record is updated" (When it is closed)
However I am having issues with getting the case resolution entity connected, i dont know which field to use for the itemID
I have tried the incidentID but have had no luck.
Any ideas on how I could get it? Thanks
