Google Calendar to 365 changing event time

When I am adding an event into my Google Calendar I select 5:00pm for example and when Flow syncs it to my Outlook 365 calendar it puts it in at 6:00am. I'm not quite sure how to fix this as its quite frustrating and I dont want things to be double booked

Hi @HChambers,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?

Which Time zone is your Outlook Calendar event and your Google Calendar event?

When working with dates and times, all times in Flow would be converted into Universal Time (UTC or GMT) automatically. If you want to sync the Google Calendar event to your Outlook Calendar event with same Start time and End time, you could consider take a try with the following workaround:

  • Add a "When an event is added to a calendar" trigger.
  • Add a Date-> "Convert time zone" action, Base time field set to Event List Event Start Date-Time dynamic content of the trigger, Source time zone field set to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), Destination time zone set to same time zone with your Google Calendar event (On my side, the time zone of my Google Calendar event is "(UTC+08:00) Kuala Lumpur, Singapore") and Choose a Format string.
  • Add a Date-> "Convert time zone 2" action, Base time field set to Event List Event End Date-Time dynamic content of the trigger, Source time zone field set to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), Destination time zone set to same time zone with your Google Calendar event (On my side, the time zone of my Google Calendar event is "(UTC+08:00) Kuala Lumpur, Singapore") and Choose a Format string.
  • Add a "Create event (V2)" action, specify Clandar id, Start time field set to output of "Convert time zone" action, End time field set to output of "Convert time zone 2" action.

Althought he help Tutorial works for me, Its not creating The Synced appointments in the correct time slots in Outlook.  Im struggling to get the Google Calender GMT -4 Eastern Time (toronto) to transpose into a UTC format that works when moving into outlook.

Whenever i run the test, the start time ends up a few hours ahead or where it should be, and the end time ends up a few hours behind the current time.

any ideas how to get this to work properly?  Ive been at this one all day and still no idea how to get it working.
