Grant access to Sharepoint list and Page

I have a flow when a user completes the survey, results are saved to the sharepoint list. I want user to be able to view that list after, as PowerApps is using this list so a user needs access the list. I don't want to manually add permission every time someone new completes the form.

Is there a way to grant read permission to user to Sharepoint list with MS Flow. Granting permission to the sharepoint page is also needed as the PowerApps is "stored" there.

I found this but it looks over-complicated:  https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/using-Flow-to-grant-access-in-SharePoint/... . This also relates to an item in the list, but I want them to have access to the whole list.

Hi @Krcmjaster,

If possible, I would approach it like this:

1. Create a custom security group in the Office 365 admin centre

2. Grant permissions (level read) to that security group on the Survey list

3. Use flow that add the person to that security group by using the Add user to group action

Let us know if you need any additional help setting this up 🙂

@Expiscornovus Great solution, issue is I don't have Admin role. I might request it from the company if there is no other solution
