I am attempting to use flow to rename a Plan. Getting this error. 409 "The attempted changes conflicted with already accepted changes. Read the latest state and resolve differences."

I initially had issues with the if-match value, which appears to be fixed but it could be related? The If-Match header contains an invalid value. - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)
