Group email to Planner?

Good morning,

I want to create a Flow where every time an email arrives to a group email address a Task is created in Planner, but it is only allowing me to create Flows connected to my individual email address. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @MeghanCaramella ,

Unfortunately, the current email connector only supports the use of personal accounts to create connections, and does not support Group email for the time being.

In addition, if you mention the Shared mailbox, you could use When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox as a trigger.
