HI @gennarodp

You'll get a "button" to push manually the Power Automate. The users that you share it will see it in the Power Automate's mobile app and can "push" it to trigger the Power Automate.

Hi @gennarodp

If I'm taking the "grouping" literally you can do it in your list setting.

This enables to display the data in the specific format you want.

Is this what you need?

Hello Manuel,

is not the answer.

I have to realise a flow based on elements of a sharepoint's list.

I would like to realise an flow, on selected items of this list.

Power Automate permit to select once, but i have to select two or plus.

I think that the think could be resolved with a manual flow, but i am not certain.

Hi @gennarodp

Sorry I don't understand what you need. Can you please explain with more detail?

Thanks

I would like to create a flow that runs from selected elements of a sharepoint list.

In sharepoint, it is not possible to select more than one element to start a flow, instead I need just that.

For selected one item, in the first picture, the flow is available,

For two or more elements, the flow is not available.

How can i resolve this ?

Thanks

Hello @gennarodp

You can't start a flow on two or more elements on a sharepoint list. Could it be solved throwing a flow for each item?

Ferran

No is not a solution.

the idea is to realise a compact email with a table of selected elements.

is there an other way ? With powerapps for example, or with manually flow with a button’s creation ?

thanks

Hi @gennarodp

@fchopo  is correct.

You can have a manual trigger and then validate all SharePoint lists after that. If that's a potential solution for you it's perfectly possible.
