Hi Everyone!
I have a table in Excel with hundreds of rows, each of which is associated to one person listed in one column of the table. I am trying to trigger an email to be sent to each responsible person on a set of criteria. Right now, each user is receiving many emails, since each row triggers an email. Is there a way to group information together to send only one email to each user?
I've put some sample data below. What I would like the Flow to accomplish is to send an email to each user when Criteria A OR Criteria B is greater than 0 in the Reference column. However, when I run the Flow, any user who shows up more than once receives an email for each row that they are associated with. Is there a way to group personnel to receive only one email, which includes all of the information required (i.e. John Doe would receive one email, highlighting the information in Row 1 and 2)?
Criteria A | Criteria B | Reference | Send Email To | Email Address |
1 | 3 | 0 | John Doe | John Doe email address |
0 | 1 | 0 | John Doe | John Doe email address |
2 | 0 | 0 | John Doe2 | John Doe 2 email address |
0 | 0 | 0 | John Doe3 | John Doe 3 email address |
Thanks!

Hi @jtooke ,
So could you please share a screenshot of your current flow?
Do you want the John Doe would only receive an email?
And do you want the John Doe would receive the same email with highlighting information refer to themselves?
Receive an email only could be achieved, however the requirement to highlight information couldn't be achieved, I would offer the workaround as below:
