HELP! Power Automate: Form Submission to create new project no working

Hi! We use MS Forms to take marketing requests from other departments. I am trying to use power automate to have it automatically create a new project in MS Project when a new for submission comes through. I keep running into a 404 error and  "The response is not in a JSON format" error. Screenshots of the current flow are attached. Any help or suggestions are appreciated!
