HTML to PDF

Hello Community,
I need your help please

I've built a flow that gets data from a SharePoint List and Converts it from HTML to PDF

It was working okay but now some of the data does not update in the PDF File

This is what I have

I've used a concat expression and this is my flow

WF1.jpg

Stage 1, once the approval has been obtained and the outcome is equal to Approve I update the item in the SharePoint list with the Approvers Name and Summary & Comments

WF2.jpg

Once that properties have been updated I then create the HTML file and convert using onedrive, then I create a file the PDF File in a SharePoint Library

WF3.jpg

This was my end result

I made a few tweaks to my workflow now some of the data is not updating in the HTML Table, I have some empty fields

PDF Info.jpg

This is the expression used and has not been changed

Can anyone help get my missing info back, as the next step is to send an email with the PDF attached, and I can't do that until I'm able to get the missing info back.

Thank you in advance for your assistance,
Kind regards

Claire

I have managed to resolve my own issue
I added a step to the flow

I created a new SharePoint List, and added Create item, so when the approval was captured it then creates a new item in a new list, all using Single Line of Text Columns

I then created a new workflow to trigger when a new item has been added to my new list, and carry out the convert HTML file to a PDF and send in an email.
This worked and all my data is captured, no missing HTML in the file.

Might be a long way round to get it to work, but it works 😀
