I have a standard formatted email that is generated from our ticketing system. I'm trying to parse the email for specific information and post to teams and a shared calendar. Every time the email comes in even though the message follows the same template after running the HTML to text conversion on the body it is inserting line breaks at different points. Each time it runs the line breaks come at different points which is messing with the filtering. Any idea what is causing this and how to get around it?

See how there are different line breaks even though they are the same format which is screwing with my filtering of the email afterwards. Any ideas?
