Have MS Form that I'd like to set up flow that sends uploaded files link to recipient or a pdf with file contents.

Hi,

I'm trying to build a flow that will send the responses of an MS Form to the appropriate email address based on which option they choose in one of the questions, they then approve the responses and their approval is recorded in a sharepoint list. Some of the responses included upload files (images/documents) and I need the email recipient to be able to review these. I've been able to hack together most of what I need to achieve using the following:

  1. When a new response is submitted
  2. Get response details
  3. Create Item (I believe this creates the item in my sharepoint list)
  4. Switch (I will have about 9-11 cases under the switch to enable my "start and wait for approval" emails to be sent to the email address associated with the particular case).
  5. I haven't quite figured out how to get the "approved / rejected" to show up in the list either, just yet.

But yeah the main thing I'm trying to achieve is to be able to include the link to where the uploaded file is or send a PDF that includes all of the uploaded files.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm new to Power Automate and have been trying to put together the flow using various tutorials I've found via google.

Hi @lackinglogic ,

When a form is submitted, the attachments are saved in OneDrive.  You can copy these attachments as list item attachments and link them as required.

Here is an article to show you how to do this.

Thanks @eric-cheng. I appreciate you taking the time to answer. I didn't implement it as I think the solution was a little above my capability. I decided to alter my flow and output to not require the attachment.
