Having trouble getting attachments from MS Form, sending it to a SharePoint List and send that attachment via email to list owner.

Hey everyone,

I have this flow that grabs the response from a MS Form with an attachment.
It sends an email to the "List Owner" providing the name, subject, question and attachment.
Then it sends the metadata over to the list ( with the attachment ).

But I can't get it to work.
All attachments sent with the email are "corrupt".
It has the correct name and extension but clicking on it errors out.
Also when testing it, the attachments are saved in my own personal OneDrive, how do you get it to use the OneDrive business drive?

I have followed the instructions here:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/O365-Group-Form-responses-with-attachments-to-Sha...

It references this path:

You can get the file contents according to the File path, and manually enter the File path.

/Shared Documents/Apps/Microsoft Forms/GroupFormName/QuestionName/@{items('Apply_to_each')['name']}

But mine goes to my personal drive.

Is there another way to capture filed values and data from MS Forms, send over to a SharePoint list and send a copy by e-mail.

Thank you in advance.

Hi @MikeRooker ,

If your form is a group form, you can use this method to get Attachments.

You can find the corresponding attachment in the Document Library of the Group site. The path is probably the following:

/Shared Documents/Apps/Microsoft Forms/GroupFormName/QuestionName/

Find the file storage location according to this path, and then reconfigure the path of Get file content using path.

In addition, if it contains multiple attachments, you can refer to the following thread:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Multiple-picture-in-email-from-Forms/td-p/512063

Hope this helps.
