Having trouble passing item ID through an HTTP action

I want to pass an item ID from a parent flow to a child flow, so that the child flow can then get properties of that item. However, I'm not able to select the ID from the objects of the passed JSON item as dynamic content when trying to "Get item", and when I enter it as an expression by converting it to an integer (even though it was defined as being of type "integer" in the JSON) the flow encounters an error when running.

How can I pass an item ID from one flow to another, or is this not possible?

Re: Having trouble passing item ID through an HTTP action

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you share the Output of the trigger "When a http request is received" with me?

Could you please take a try to add a "Parse JSON" action under the trigger and see if you could choose the ID dynamic content.

Best regards,

Alice
