Help - New to Power Automate and scratching my head with the split command

Hi!

I have created a power automate that checks for an email arriving into a mailbox. The body is converted from HTML to Text and results into the following example:

First Name: (users first name)

Surname: (users surname)

Address: (users address)

I then take this information from the text format and add to a new item in a sharepoint list.

I can take the first name and surname with no problems using the following command:

trim(first(split(last(split(body('Html_to_text'),'First Name:')),'Surname:')))

Surname

trim(first(split(last(split(body('Html_to_text'),'Surname:')),'Address:')))

How do i extract the last record without a delimiter? At the moment I just end up with the enter text being put in the final column. I am using the following formula
trim(first(split(body('Html_to_text'),'Addres::')))

Thanks in advance.....
