Help Send reminder notification with flow

Dear community experts,

I am building a flow that has to send reminders for expired contracts. The due dates are from multiple region lists. The configuration list contains data mapping of region with the task list along with the frequency of reminders before and after expiry. Now the flow should send reminders before and after the expiry date. How to plan the scheduled flow. 

List structure-

1) config 

Region task list inactive beforeexpiry afterexpiry

2) tasks list different  for each region

Assigned to and due date 

Mission-

SEND REMINDERS for each contract library in the region list till months specified in before and after expiry.

Dear community,

I have refined requirement as- 

The configuration list has some reminders in months e.g. 6 reminders should be sent before due date in each of  tasks list. If the data has passed then after expiry 1 email should trigger each month after the expiry.

I have created a flow as under. But how to check for the months condition and send email after get items action. Can someone please guide?
