Help adding jotform attached file to sharepoint list with flow

Hi all!

I am currently using JotForm because of how easy it is to customize, but it seems the options in Power Automate are very limited. I currently have an approval flow that is triggered by a JotForm submission.

JotForm submitted > creates Sharepoint list > sends approvals > updates as needed.

The request we have set up requires files to be uploaded for the approval. I am looking to have those files attached to the Sharepoint list. Every time I try to attach them directly from JotForms I get an error, could there be a work around for this? Maybe create the file in a folder and then move it to the list? Would I be able to move that specific file to that specific line?

TYIA!

See this from Jotform .. I had same issue.  Turns out you can only have 1 attachment attached to JotForm, and must set params to accept only 1 file.

This might help.

Hi @breid , @Brianna ,

Please look at below jotform article. It shows way to upload single file and multiple file. I haven't tried ever JotForm but you can try and let me know if it doesn't work.

Thanks

Anupam

(Please mark resolved/give kudos if it really helps you.)

Edit.

I think I may have figured it out. I will reach out once I've had time to test.

Thanks

Thanks guys! The documentation that breid posted guided me in the right direction. It was not exact, but it helped to get me there.
