Help for building a flow to send an email with OneNote pages and Excel that have been recently updated

Hi Power Automate Experts,

I am trying to build a flow to send an email with OneNote pages and Excel that have been recently updated by the flow template.

For the OneNote Part, it works well that I can get all the latest updated data for the section & notebook;

so I am using the same logic of OneNote for the Excel part but I can only get the last row data from the excelsheet.

Can anyone help me to take a look on this issues and guide me for further, please? 😊

Here is the template I am using:

Send an email with OneNote pages that have been recently updated.JPG

Here is how it looks like for the excel part:

Here is how it looks like in the email:

Send an email with OneNote pages that have been recently updated_2.JPG

Once again, thank you all!

Sincerely,

lcy

Hi @v-alzhan-msft ,

Really appreciated for your kindly reply! I tried the flow with "append to string variable" action instead of "set variable" and it works to get all the excel data. Just to let you know it got resolved and thank you!

Sincerely,

lcy

Hey @lcy34,

i am using your flow for One Note successfully and am just getting used to the whole powerplattfrom as a newcomer.
Just to make sure:
As far as I understand it so far there is no way to be notified only when a certain user makes a change?
I don't really want to be notified when I make a change myself.

Thanks for the help.
