Help needed to send survey based on a Field(s) data

Hello All

I need your help!! I am trying to create a process where a buyer gets a survey when they place an order and get it processed.

We have a process of ‘sale approval’ that puts in a “Processed Date” field in one of my crm entities.

So this is what I did so far:

1. I created a Survey using MS Forms
2. I created a Flow that uses CDS “When a record is created/updated/deleted” and
1. Trigger Condition being “Created/Updated”
2. Entity being my CRM Entity “Sales”
3. Scope “Organization”
3. This goes through “Condition” saying if there is a “Processed Date” (as in not equal to NULL) then
4. Send the survey

My issue is - Every time that Sales Record get updated (for a processed date or any other info on the record), the survey will be sent,right ?

IS there a way I can narrow down the survey to go ONLY if the particular FIELD “Processed Date” gets changed ?

Hi @dineshc ,

Sorry for the function to trigger the flow only when a special column is updated in not supported in Microsoft flow currently.
