Help on a leave flow with two managers

Dear all I am trying to create a leave flow. I have seen and created the one manager flow using the AD manager for the user. My problem is that I have users with two Managers that both need to give approval how can I create a flow to enter the mail of these (and not get it from AD) managers in order to sent them a mail notification for approval.

Thank you

Re: Help on a leave flow with two managers

The problem is that you need to be able to retrieve the second manager's information from somewhere. So it depends on where that information is stored.  Assuming that information is stored in a SharePoint list you should be able to lookup the manager's details from that list and use them in the app.  But the second manager's information has to come from somewhere.

Re: Help on a leave flow with two managers

That is my point exactly I do not want to retrieve the 1st manager or any manager from AD.

Is it possible to create a list store there the managers by department and retrieve from there the info and how this can be done. As an example I have two managers in the legal department one for infrastructure and the other for property matters but a legal counselor might be working in both infrastructure and property projects both managers have to approve his leave.

Re: Help on a leave flow with two managers

Yes you can retrieve both managers from a list if you setup the list.  Just replace the AD action with a compose where you lookup the manager value from the list based on the user.
