I'm testing a Flow from a SharePoint list.
I'm wanting an email to the admin and to the user when a list item has been created, when modified.
I'd like another email that states it's been modified. I'm getting myself a little confused.
I've got 'When an item is created or modified' > Get my profile (V2) > 1) Send an email (V2) = admin 2) Send an email (V2) = user
These emails a work fine.
For the flow to send an email when the list is modified. After 'Send an email' do I add a 'condition' to state that when the column in my list has been changed, then send an email?
Any ideas / opinions are appreciated

I have made a test on my side and find that you could use the ID to filter the item instead of Identifier, and the screenshot of the flow as below:

I changed the flow settings to 'ID' which worked! No errors.
A different issue. After I've created 'Create HTML table' then add 'Send an email 3' you have 'Output' in the Body.
My flow doesnt allow me to save without adding to the 'To' or 'Subject' fields.
When doing so, it adds 'Apply to each'.
But your's hasn't done that from the image?
The "Created by Email " Dynamic of "Get items" action is an Array, if you enter the "Created by Email " Dynamic of "Get items" action in the "To" field of "Send an email" action, the flow would add an "Apply to each" automatically, and send the email to the creator or each item.
If you want to send the email to only one person, please just enter the email address of the person in the "To" field of "Send an email" action.
