Help with multiple lines from SharePoint to Word

I am so lost, tried everything.   I need to get new SharePoint List Items updated into Word premium using power automate.

And the issue is I receive an email for every line item. The line items, could be 1-15 items.  I use PowerApps form to get the info into a SharePoint list, and I have my Word template ready to go.
