Help with waiting for a field to be populated

I have a flow that runs when a new document is posted to a document library.

I want to wait until the Title field (not required) is filled out before I do anything else.

I originally had nothing in the Do section and when the flow ran, it skipped right through even though there was nothing in the Title field.

So I added a 5 second delay in the Do section and now it gets stuck in an infinite loop.

I changed the Count to 720 so the Do Until would check every 5 seconds.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Ron

Re: Help with waiting for a field to be populated

Sigh...

I figured out something very important when using the Do Until loop.

The Do Until loop exists in it's own little world.  Therefore any changes outside that world are completely irrelevant to the Do Until.

So... To fix my problem all I had to do was Get the file properties each time the loop ran (every 5 seconds).  Now, if these were MY servers, I'd be concerned with overtaxing them during high usage.  But because they are Microsofts, Oh Well! :-)

Here's the new Flow segment:
