How Do I Insert a Row into a table that does not yet exist

I have been able to successfully create a worksheet and create a table, however after the creation, I would like to input data from a Microsoft Form into a row (Add a row into a table) due to the table name not being able to be selected (it hasn’t been created until execution), I have used the Select Operation – This keeps coming up as an error.

Can you please assist? Screen Shots are attached.
