How can I add People to a SharePoint list as People/Groups

I am fairly new to Flow, and would like to use MS Forms to populate a SharePoint list. In the Form, you will be able to pick multiple people from a list, and I would like it to populate a SharePoint list column that is set to People/Groups.

My results end up in Array form, such as ["John Smith","Mary Brown","Michael Jones"], but I want to have them populate that column as users and the Office 365 Users - Search Users does not find them.

Thank you,

Mike SK

Re: How can I add People to a SharePoint list as People/Groups

Here is an example of the Form I created. As the form allows multiple answers, it returns an Array

When I use these results in my Flow, what would I choose to be able to search my Office 365 Users or Azure AD Users to insert all of them into my "People/Groups" formatted column?
