How can I add a file attached to a Microsoft Form to a SharePoint list?

I have a Microsoft Form that has the option to attach a file.  How can I add that file to a SharePoint list?  I also need the form to complete successfully if no file is submitted with the Form as well.

Thanks @abm for the quick reply.  I've worked through the referenced document, but the doc instruct you to add the attachment to email.  I can't figure out how to add the attachment to a SharePoint list.

How can I prevent the Flow from erroring out if there is no file attached?

Hello @pa365user ,

I have also created a similar flow, and got an error when there was no attachment.

If you add the condition after "create item" action as follows, it worked for me. 

   

The red square part "empty(..)" was created as right image.
