How can I add row into a Dynamic Table

I am currently developing a Flow whereby for each response from the Form I received, it will create a unique Worksheet in my Sharepoint Workbook.

However, when trying to Add Row into a table, I noticed I could not do so as the Table name is dynamic.

Is there any workaround for this?

Here is my screesnshot for the flow:
