How can Multiple Developers Use/Share the Same Connection Reference While Developing Power Automate Flows in a Solution?

I created several connection references, which I want other developers on my team to be able to see and use while creating and updating Flows in my solution (before deployment). 

Can I share connection references this way, and if so, how?
