Hi,
I accidentally forgot to rename Initialize variable before I added "Ask Power Automate".
I deleted it from the Value field, renamed the step to vEmployeeEmailAddress and "Ask Power Automate" again.
But now it's asking for both variables when I try to run it. How can I delete the old one?

1) After deleting the trigger I would recommend replacing it with the Power Apps V2 trigger. Then you can specify and managed the parameters in the trigger itself and use them where you used to input "Ask in PowerApps"
2) After editing the flow you will need to remove the flow from Power Apps and re-add it. Otherwise it won't pick up the modified parameters.
@HarmLommers delete the Power Apps trigger, then re-add it. You'll then need to select Ask in Power Apps again.
