How is there not a working Office 365 to Office 365 calendar sync?

I am pretty stuck doing this. Basically, want to update my primary calendar with free/busy information from a secondary. I was trying to use the location field to capture the ID. Was thinking of loading all the IDs into two arrays and comparing on a scheduled timer.

Does anyone know if this exists? If not, can someone please help me build one? Thank you!! I got so confused thinking of all the required cases e.g. recurrences.

Could you please explain more details about the requirement?

Here is the requirement:

Basically keep the primary calendar and a shared calendar in-sync. The event invites on the secondary calendar should have their information removed. This is to block availability.
