Seem to be facing some inconsistency in how long a Flow will wait for a response from an Approval Email before timing out. I haven't been able to find any documentation on what the official "wait time" is for a response from an Approval email, only that the total run duration limit is 90 days.
I've just run an Approval Flow earlier today, after about 15 mins I saw the message "Flow run timed out. Please try again." pop up on the flow details screen. I then clicked the response from the Approval email to see what would happen, in this case, the response was recorded succesfully and the flow continued on.
Other times I have seen this happen, selecting a response from the Approval Email then results in an error message displayed in a browser window.
Basically the Approval Action should be available within the Flow run duration.
Which means once the email has been saved, the flow would keep monitor for the Approval status in 90 days.
For the error message, would you please share some details about that?
I think there should be other aspects that cause the flow failure.

I tested another Approval flow which I kicked off yesterday and was still able to succesfully record my response today, so have been unable to recreate the error since. If I come across it again I will post the full error message and any screenshots detailing further.

What if I want to wait for 6 hours and if no response is received I want to set it to "Rejected" and finish the workflow? How can I handle that scenario?
