How to HTML Email TO a Sharepoint List

Hi- I'm looking for an existing flow template which I can use to take information from an email template or form and import it to a Sharepoint list with a notification when that happens. thanks Tracy.

based on approval matrix,will select automatict html email template.

I have email content and that will strored in list. list will refered in flow and will replace title,Manager approved,date and comments.

how to move flow UAT to Production? I tried to change url directly in flow but not work.
