Hi,
I have a requirement to lock a date/time field in Dynamics based on whether it has a value. I started with a Business Rule but the problem is it locks the field immediately after I enter a date and before I have the chance to enter a time value. So I decided to switch to a workflow to set a wait step but realized I should probably be using Flow instead. Is there a way to accomplish this in Flow? I don't see any ability to set Read-Only anywhere but maybe I'm just missing it.

Unfortunately, there is no way could lock a Dynamic field in Power Automate, you could go the IDEA forum to submit your requirement, collect votes to make it come true in the future:
