How to ROUNDUP to nearest integer?

Hi all,

I've fruitlessly searched this forum, but I can't see a straightforward answer. Is there anyway in an expression I can roundup to the nearest integer? So if I get 2.1, it rounds up to 3? Obviously, if the number is exactly 2, it stays at 2.

Hi @iali4,

What is the data type of your value? Is it a string or a float?

If it is a string you could for example use the approach below.

In this expression I am using split and add functions:

if(equals(split(variables('StringValue'), '.')[1], '0'), int(split(variables('StringValue'), '.')[0]), add(int(split(variables('StringValue'), '.')[0]),1))

If your data type is float you could first convert it to a string type.
