How to Send Events from a specefic date range from calendar to "Start an Approval".

Hey!
I need help with a flow. I  am making an holiday request application. Where the user submits his holiday request in the  application and the application writes the request to a sharepoint list. Flow shall send an approval request to the manager so that he can approve or reject the request. Now to my problem.

I want to be able to send any events that happen during a certain date range from a calendar to a "Start an Approval" email. So that the person to approve can see how many and which of the other employees are on holiday the same date range.

Is there a way to send an HTML Table to an "Start an Approval"? If you guys could help with sending the table with "Start an Approval", that would solve my problem.

Se the image below to se how long i have reached.

Hi @SaadRH,

Thanks for feedback.

It seems that it is not possible to send a list of items with HTML table with summary rows in an approval email.

Please consider using the Outlook action Send an email with options which allows us to send out the email with an HTML table and the Approve/Reject options.

 Hi @v-yamao-msft

Okay, thanks. I will have to work with "Send email with options" then.

Another question. See the image below first. Is there any way to remove the red marked area in the email. It seems like a double mail in the mail.Flow Email.PNG

Double check you have selected "Yes" to the question use only html message

The screenshot shows it coming through as an actionable message - which only occurs if this question is not yes
