How to add Microsoft Teams link to Microsoft List Item not to the list itself?

Dear PA Community!

I am trying to post an adaptive card for a Teams user as a Flow Bot, with a link to a Sharepoint Iist item. I can do that.
I thought ok, it works. Got the item of the list but it opens a new browser window with SP list. Cool, but It would be even better, if the URL will point inside Microsoft Teams to the that specific channel where this list is added as a TAB. I can get the URL to the tab from Teams but I cannot get the URL to that specific Item on that list (only the list's URL).
How can I pass the parameter in the URL if possible to get the same effect as I go to list and tap/click that item ID=XX?
Is there any deep link for SP list ID in Microsoft Teams tab?

@Kristóf  I think you might be talking about deep linking. I just wrote a blog post about this because it took me forever to figure out how to do it, but it's relatively simple once you get the idea. Basically, you have to use contextual information about the Teams channel and tab to build a deep link (full official documentation is also available).

@chasestreetdev there appears to be a problem with the link to your blog post. I'd like to review this solution ASAP! Thanks
