How to add a condition before existing flow?

How to move existing steps into new condition action without rewrite it: move the switch into "if yes"?

You can just grab the switch and drag and drop it inside the Yes condition.  Everything in the switch will come with.  The only problem would be if that exceeds the nesting limit for Flow.  But it doesn't look like it from the screenshot.

It does not allow me to drag the "the switch", I save the step as clipboard, then add action "my clipboard"

Cut and paste will work also.  But it should allow drag and drop also.  What browser are you using?
