How to add a condition that recognizes the responders to a form email

Hi,

I've built a flow to do the following:

  1. trigger: submitted form
  2. send approval directly to person A if the form responders are (Bil, Mary, Liza)
  3. Person A approves or rejects
  4. automatic email sent to responder of form
  5. all the information saved to a sharepoint list

from point 2 if the responders are not Bill, Mary, Liza

  1. person B (reporting to person A) approves and sends for Person A approval
  2. Person A approves or rejects
  3. automatic email sent to responder of form
  4. all the information saved to a sharepoint list

Everything works except how to recognize when Bill, Mary and Liza are the ones submitting the form.

I've tried with dynamic content from the form, and from the get user profile action, but it never recognizes the name or the emails correctly.

How can I set that condition so that it recognizes those 3 people? EIther by name, employee ID, email, anything?

Hi

I realized I needed to add """ to the condition field when adding any text.

I solved myself.

Thanks

Hi @Mari_Marchesi ,

Set the form so that Only people in my organisation can respond. This will then record the responders' email address:

In Microsoft Form, change the form settings to Only people in my organisation can respond.

The Dynamic content Responders' email address will then be available to you:

Hope this helps.
