How to add multiple values to column

I am maintaining two list, Invoice header list and invoice fully details list.
There is a column which is need to contain numbers with comma separated. (expected values: -1,0,1,2,3)
I want to add values to that column. But the previous value cannot change.
Example: Current column value: -1,
                IF I update with 0, it must show the column values as -1,0

 Please advice me regarding this.

You can initialise a variable and put the current value with a , and then use the append to string variable to keep on appending the other values.
