I want a power automate workflow to trigger when a new file added to doc library, it will auto update and fill in person/group field name (HCM name).
I have problem not idea how to add the person name into this field. say I want to update the HR1 name claim to be : username1@microsoft.com; username2@microsoft.com;. how to do it?

This person field does not allow multiple selections, so you can only fill in one email address.

Use Resolve Person to get Person object using email address. Then Use Claims property from this object like below...
