How to capture multiple approver's comments?

Hi,

I have a simple approval workflow using Start Approval.

Approval Type: Everyone from the assigned list

Assigned to: Two person

I would like to capture all the comments of both approvers. I can't seem to capture the first comment. Only the 2nd comment is captured. I'm storing the comments in the SharePoint list.

Any advise? Thanks.

Re: How to capture multiple approver's comments?

Hi @ Raeville,

I have made a test on my side, please add a "Get item action" before the "Update item" action inside the Apply to each, add choose the "Comments"dynamic content of the "Get item action" in the "Comments" field of the "Update item" action

So the "Update item" action would add the comments of each approver.

The screenshot of my flow as below:

The flow would run successfully as below:

The List would be updated with all approvers' comments as below:

Re: How to capture multiple approver's comments?

You need to use an "Apply to each" for the approval responses.  Please see screen shot below and post here if you need additional help.

Re: How to capture multiple approver's comments?

Hi Scott,

Thanks. I did use "Apply to each". Please see my original screenshot. However, it still only saves the last comment.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
