I want to build a flow that will be triggered whenever an item is created in a share point custom list (accounts payable for example). The file attachment will be an invoice and it needs to be approved by a manager. The manager is a Person column on the list and another column is a text column called "Cost Center". I have created a standard library template within Adobe Sign that contains cost center, signature, and date for the approver to fill out when they e-sign. These fields are universal to all types of invoices. When an item is created in the list, the flow needs to 1). attach the invoice from the share point list 2). combine the invoice from step 1 with the standard library template from Adobe Sign 3). send to the manager's email for approval 4). when approved, parse out the cost center information and update the share point list column. Is this achievable in Flow? The part I am struggling is how to combine the file attachment from share point list with the library template from Adobe Sign. Thanks and any suggestion is appreciated!
Hi @HYU ,
If you want to send the list attachment with the library template from Adobe Sign, please try with the following flow:
Here are more templates about how to use Adobe Sign for your reference:

Thanks a lot for the flow sample! I have two questions.
1. This flow only sends the document I uploade from share point list. It doesn't merge with a template I stored in Adobe Sign. What I want is to combine the file from share point list with a standard template from Adobe Sign. Is that possible in Flow?
2. In my "Upload a document and get a document ID" step, the only available choice in the Dynamic content for *File Content is "Current item". I don't have the option for "Attachment Content" like you showed.
Unfortunately I have not. I did a lot of research and it doesn't seem to be possible at this point. Let's hope they will add this feature in the future.
Hi HYU,
I am having the same question, were you able to find a solution?
Thanks,
