How to create Clickable URLs into Word document

Hello All,

I have created a PowerApps application which passes certain information along with URLs on click on a button to flow. This flow then fill the details in a word document template with all the PowerApps passed values and then creates a docx file. Everything works fine except that the URL appear as https://app.powerapps.com /*** in generated word document while I really want it to wrap the hyperlink in a few words like we do for email body.

"<a href="https://app.powerapps.com /">"Click here to open app</a>"

If I pass the above format from FLOW in gets added exactly like that in the Word template Content Control with no hyperlink wrapping. Can someone please help how to wrap the hyperlink in a predefined set of words?

Hi @AKB_2K,

Currently, rich text is not supported for Word Templates in Flow. So your requirement that insert a link into word document is impossible for now, you could go to this document to check the Word Document supported content controls:
