How to delete tables in excel?

Hi there

I'm new and I think this should be the easiest thing to do, but I don't get it.

I want to remove all data(except the headers) from four tables in one excel sheet when a new month starts.

Here is what I have so far: (sorry for not english parts)

Hi @Baratux ,

Could you please share a screenshot of the excel table?

Please refer to screenshot below to create the flow and make sure the Key value is unique in the Key column:

Hello,

I am wondering if this solution from this post is of any help:

If not, could you please translate the picture you have included.

Thanks

Hi  Josh,

No, the post doesn't help much. I think i made all in the same way.

The first excel block on the picture is "List rows present in a table" and down below is where my problems are.

Here again fully translated:

The error message I get is, that he can't find the row with the ID "<first name in my table>"

Hi,

Are you selecting the table name from the drop down?

Excel connector unfortunately cannot have dynamic table name.

Hi,

Yes from the Dropdown, no custom value.

My tables in excel are infite (whole columns) , could that be a problem?

Also I am not sure about IDs, does every row need to have a clearly ID in the table?

Thank you for trying to help

Hi Alice,

thank you for your attetion first.

I have now retried some things and I think to have located the error:

I secured some of the colums with a password, because these are calculations that should not be changed.

Without the password on the page, the deleting works.

The are no protected cells in the table itself, so is this intended?

I think about a workaround for myself or is there any handy solution to this problem where cells can stay protected while deleting others?

Best regards

Baratux
